Sorry for your loss, prayers to your family.
Bill was an amazing neighbor and friend. He was a better grandparent to our children, then their grandfathers were. A truly great man, he will be missed and never forgotten. Our thoughts and prayers for the family.

I’m so sorry for your loss. Mt father (passed in 2011) and I had Midwest Power svc in KCK and interacted with Bill many times. One of the most personable men I ever met. Tried to emulate that, myself. From Jan, 2009 to June 2012 I worked as mechanic at his old company. I’m sorry I wasn’t aware of his passing until today, 6-21-2013. Tell my Dad, Tom Shaw, hello for me, will you, Bill ?
Was this gentleman realated to this the William H. Bunce who wrote “Here Comes the School Train”, published by E.P. Dutton & Co. in 1953? Great book!
