Funeral arrangements for 63 year-old Tounus Ruta have been scheduled for July 21, 2023 at St. Matthew’s Evangelical Lutheran NALC Church in Riverside, MO. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. with the Funeral Service commencing at 1:00 p.m. Burial will take place at the Ruta Family Cemetery in Chuuk, Federated States of Micronesia. Tounus passed away with his loving family by his side on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at NorthCare Hospice House. He was born November 11, 1959 to Tounus and Kotomwo (Retulu) Ruta in Chuuk, Federated States of Micronesia.
