Sharon Kay Kilmer, 79, of Carrollton, MO passed away peacefully at North Kansas City Hospital with her loving family by her side. Sharon was born November 30, 1942 to Vernon and Nola Mae Jones in Kansas City, MO.
Sharon was united in marriage with Carl Dean Kilmer on June 19, 1960 in Grovespring, MO. She was a Methodist by faith.
Sharon enjoyed gardening, toll painting, being a seamstress, cooking delicious meals, and spending time with her family. Her most important career in life was being the best wife, mother and grandmother.
Survivors include her children: Vicki Waterworth (Brad) of Falcon, MO; Brian Kilmer (Damaris) of Springfield, MO; Jeff Kilmer of Kidder, MO; six grandchildren: Matthew, Jason, Bobbie Jo and husband Kevin, Jocelyn and husband Austin, Jordan, and Clayton; nine great-grandchildren: Raegan, Taylor, Jacob, Macie, Rhylee, Brock, Paislee, Ellie and Brielle; a sister, Connie Dunehoo and husband Steve. She was preceded in death by her husband, both parents; a sister Coleen Hughes; a brother Jimmie Jones.
A Graveside Service will commence at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, December 3, 2022 at the McBride Cemetery in Falcon, MO. Memories of Sharon and condolences to the family may be shared at meyersfuneralchapel.com.
