Rozalyn Layla Gale, 14, a resident of Blue Springs, MO passed away unexpectedly from injuries sustained in a house fire Saturday, June 24, 2023. She was born October 5, 2008 to Jeremy and Hope (Stalsworth) Gale in Lee’s Summit, MO.
Rozalyn had recently finished her 8th grade year at Paul Kinder Middle School in Blue Springs, MO. She enjoyed singing in the school choir, running track, swimming, fashion, baking, and being on social media. Rozalyn attended Cornerstone Church in Blue Springs, MO. Rozalyn cherished spending time with her family and friends.
Survived by her parents, Jeremy and Hope Gale of Blue Springs, MO; brother, Draven Gale of Blue Springs, MO; maternal grandparents, Mark and Diana Stalsworth of Independence, MO; paternal grandparents, Steve and Laurie Gale of Blue Springs, MO; aunts and uncles, Kiki Gale of Liberty, MO, Amber White and husband Kevin of Blue Springs, MO, Tiffany Gale and significant other Cody Cooney of Blue Springs, MO, Mark Stalsworth II and wife Julie of Independence, MO, Jake Stalsworth and wife Stasia of Manhattan, KS, Josh Ancel and wife Nora of Pleasant Hill, MO; several cousins, extended family, and friends.
Her family will receive family and friends from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. Saturday, July 1, 2023 at Cornerstone Church, 301 S.E. AA Hwy, Blue Springs, MO. Funeral service will begin at 11:30 a.m. at the church. Graveside service will follow at East Slope Cemetery in Riverside, MO.
