She worked for the R4 School District for 6 years and was City Collector for the city of Blue Springs, retiring in October 1981. Since that time she dedicated her life to helping others as a volunteer for St. Mary’s Hospital, Blue Springs Board of Zoning Adjustments and the Blue Springs Historical Society. She and her husband provided scholarships at Blue Springs and Grain Valley High Schools for deserving students. She was a friend to many of which you are one.

I’m sorry for your loss. Pat was the sweetest lady. I’ve known her for so long . She will be missed. My family thought so much of Pat.
Such a loss. Pat was one of the first friends I made after moving from Maryland. We shared a lot of time at swimming. We could talk for hours. She was a loving person and very civic minded. Her family was so meaningful to her. I am blessed to have known her. Maida
