Anne played many roles throughout her life – she took great pride in her work at Simmons Mattress, Kraft Labs, Sealright Container, and Cleveland Chiropractic College. She was an enthusiastic scuba diver and boating co. captain with her husband Ron Leicht. She definitely had an artistic flair and painted many lovely pictures. She was a meticulous homemaker. But her proudest roles were as a devoted mother to her much loved son Ron. and grandmother to her treasured grandchildren and great grandchild. She truly loved her family and friends. She loved to laugh and had a wonderful sense of humor. She had a strong stubborn streak, but was always generous and kind. We will greatly miss her loving spirit and her joyful laughter.
A small private family service will be held where some of her remains will be scattered in the water as she wished. A memorial get together will be held at the home of her son and daughter-in-law. and will be open to all who wish to attend to celebrate her life. Date and time to be determined and announced very soon. Arrangements have been entrusted to Meyers Funeral Chapel in Blue Springs.
