Milo Bernard Stallman, 89, a resident of Eastern Jackson County, MO passed away peacefully Sunday, December 26, 2021 at his home. He was born February 2, 1932 in Wein, MO to William and Cecelia (Haupert) Stallman.
Milo graduated in 1950 from St. Mary’s High School in Independence, MO. Following graduation, he served his country proudly in the United States Army. In 1958 Milo, his brother, and a friend started Santa Fe Glass in Independence, MO and co-owned and operated the company until his retirement in 1994. Milo was united in marriage to Janice Riedesel on May 30, 1959 in Independence, MO. He was a parishioner of Church of the Santa Fe in Buckner, MO. Milo enjoyed gardening, hunting, fishing, and traveling with Janice and his family.
Survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Janice Stallman; sons, Steven Stallman and his wife Susan of New Market, England, David Stallman and his wife Joan of Leesburg, VA, Brian Stallman and wife Kelli of Eastern Jackson County, MO; grandchildren, Karie, Stephanie, Bonnie, Ben, Joe, Seth, Kyla, Tyler; great-grandchildren, Micah, Gwen, Payton, Hudson, Kensley, Colt; brother, Kenneth Stallman and his wife Joyce of Independence, MO. Milo is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Clayton Stallman; sister, Lucille Sauls and her husband Robert.

A private grave side service will be held at Swan Lake Memorial Park Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at a later date. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Catholic Community Hospice https://catholiccommunityhospice.salsalabs.org/cchgeneralgiving/index.html.
