Marilyn Kay Page, 73, of Parkville, MO passed away peacefully on February 10, 2013 at St. Luke’s Northland Hospital. She was born to Neil and Edith (Claypole) Barnard on January 19, 1940 in Richmond, MO. Marilyn was united in marriage to Raymond W. Page on August 8, 1965 in Richmond, MO.
Marilyn spent the majority of her life as a house wife who enjoyed raising her children. Marilyn really enjoyed gardening. She was a Christian by faith.
Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Marianna Clevenger and brother, Russell Neil Barnard. She is survived by her husband, Raymond W. Page of Parkville, MO; son, Dwayne “Eddie” Page of Parkville, MO; daughter, Edith Marie Page of Parkville, MO; daughter, Audra Brown(Lyle) of Parkville, MO; brother, Norman Carl Barnard and wife, Rosemary of Orrick, MO; Grandchildren: Nichole (Kyle) Edlin, Baylee Brown, Averie Brown, and Shelbi Kissee all of Parkville, MO; nieces and nephews: Debbie Hoeppner, Christie (Tony) McGlothlin, Floyd Barnard, Janet Barnard, Becky (Caryn) Barnard; great nieces and nephews: Nicholas (Jessica) McGlothlin, Christopher (Shelby) McGlothlin, Todd Hoeppner, Evan Hoeppner, Elizabeth (Paul) Steele and Paci Barnard; five great-great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held 7:00 p.m., Friday, February 15, 2013 at Meyers Funeral Chapel, 401 Main St., Parkville, MO. The visitation will be one hour prior at the Meyers Funeral Chapel. Maamaw Page helped several of us raise our children and will be missed by us all, but her legacy will live through those that she cared for.
