
Marjorie started picking cotton at an early age, she also went to Chicago to start working at Victor Gasket. She later started waitressing.
Marjorie was united in marriage to Donald Schutt on April 22, 1977. She enjoyed dancing, socializing, watching black and white western movies, the Hallmark channel. Marjorie enjoyed spending time with her children, and grandchildren.
Survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Blevins (Richard) of Grain Valley, MO; daughter-in-law, Tina Womack of Grain Valley, MO; grandchildren, Beth Searle (Johathan), Katherine Powgnas (Nick); great-grandchildren, Noah, Nathan, Christian, Penelope, Charlotte, Everett, Henry; several nieces, nephews, and step-grandchildren. Marjorie is preceded in death by her husband, Donald Schutt; son, Robert Womack; parents, Tom and Lizzie Sayre;
brothers, Edward Sayre, Tommy Sayre, Carl Sayre, James Sayer.
Her family will receive friends and family from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 10, 2022 at Meyers Funeral Chapel, 1600 W. Main St, Blue Springs, MO. Funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. at the chapel. Interment will follow at the Blue Springs Cemetery in Blue Springs, MO.
