My sincere condolences to the family and friends, so sorry for your loss. Please find comfort in knowing that Jehovah God will soon resurrect our dear loved ones (John 5:28-29). Oh how we long for the day when pain, suffering and death will be no more, these former things will have passed away (Revelation 21:3-5).
So sorry for the loss of such a wonderful man.
Thoughts and prayers to the family.

So sorry for your loss, Scott. Praying comfort and peace for all the family.
Although we did not know Gene all that much, the times we did spend with him (and Diana) were always a pleasure. We especially remember the wonderful time we had “hanging “ out with them at the wedding in Florida.
Deepest sympathy to all of the family from Bob and Dawn

I attended grade school, junior high, high school at CHHS and some college at OU with Gene. We were friends and visited as youth. After college I served in the Army Signal Corps, worked as a financial reporter for Dunn & Bradstreet, health insurance adjustor for American Fidelity Assurance Company for nine years and attended law school at night. I served as Assistant DA, Special Judge and finally as District Attorney in Okmulgee, OK then finally retired after serving 18 years as a Social Security disability judge. I have just published a book; “The Jury Spoke: The Court Reporter Murder Case” available from Amazon. While I was DA a politically active court reporter was murdered and the OSBI snapped up my only witness and hypnotized her without my knowledge when I was already a certified forensic hypnotist. The defense attorney who later served as Chief Justice of the Oklahoma Supreme Court wanted the deposition of Dr Bernard Diamond in California because he had had some influence with courts limiting testimony by previously hypnotized witnesses. We took his deposition and the deposition of Dr MartinRiser with the Law Enforcement Hypnosis Institute and worked with the LAPD solving real serious crimes by using hypnosis. I had not seen Gene in years but I considered him a friend. I am sorry that I was so long getting my book published. I suspect he would have found it interesting.
