I first met Joe in 1985 when he helped me with a code review project. He has been helping me ever since; design work, code analysis, and, of course, business advice! He was maddeningly opinionated, sometimes just to tweak my liberal attitudes, but I could always count on his analysis, research and professional opinions being thought-out, measured and accurate. His love for Judy and his family shone through everything he did. I shall miss him every day: his irritating opinions, his professional judgement and his expressed love for his family. Thanks Joe.
Jim,
I’m sorry to learn of your brother’s passing. Your family is in my prayers. Trish Downey
We’re so sorry to hear of , Joe’s passing
He was a good man. God rest his soul and give my cousin Judy and family strength.
After not having my messages returned for a while, I found out about Joe’s passing away this morning on internet. After graduating from engineering college back in 1990, he introduced me to practical engineering work. He was my teacher, mentor and friend. I will miss him dearly!!
