John was a longtime great friend! He was such a kind friend and I shall think about John often. My prayers for his sister and her family.
John E. Young asssited many families when he was associated with D. W. Newcomer’s Sons Funeral Home in North Kansas City, Missouri. He helped our family on two occasions and we are saddened to learn of his own passing. He was so engaged with helping us through the loss of our beloved mother and then our beloved father.
May John rest in peace and may his family know how much he will be missed by so many friends covering so many years. God bless you John and your family…
John E. Young was such a wonderful and likeable friend across many years! I just learned of his passing as we have been out of touch for a few years.
John was always willing to reach out and help others and he was a fine example of a really good Roman Catholic! His Catholic faith guided him and he invited others, including me, to come to Mass with him many years ago and to approach God with love and humility.
I shall always remember John and to be certain, I am most thankful for the many years we were friends. I send my prayers and devotions to Our Blessed Lord to John’s sister and all others who will likely read my sincere expressions of peace, love and friendship.
Rest in Eternal Peace, dear John Young.
