I wanted to express my sorrow for the loss of your mother/grandmother. She was like a big sister to me when I was young and engaged to her brother, Jerry. She will always be remembered with affection and love.
So sorry to hear of the loss of your mother. You are all in my prayers. I know how painful this can be, as I just lost my husband in April. He was the same age as your mother.
We met you in Albuquerque around 1977 when my hometown priest friend, Monsignor Duchene was visiting your Mom. I lost track of your mother, but found the news on Linda Flanigan’s facebook.
Please email me if you wish and I will send a copy of Monsignor Duchene’s photo.
Prayers,
Judy
I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your mom/Nana through Mark. She was my mother in law for over 20 years and a great person/friend and such a gentle lady with a huge heart. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family at this very difficult time.
Love, Hugs and Prayers, Mikki

Condolences to the family. I knew Joan growing up in Bradley, IL. She was having a baby the same time I had my daughter in May, 1970. She stopped by my room & visited & encouraged me as I was having a difficult time with the birth. Her brother Don was in my class both grade & high school. She was a lovely beautiful person. Thoughts and prayers are with your family. Cathie
My friend and mentor. That was my Joan. I will miss her so so much. We met in Albuquerque over 30 years ago. We spoke on the phone ever week. Words can’t express what she meant to me. Never an unkind word from her. She had a lovely voice and she is now singing “Somewhere over the Rainbow” I last spoke with her the Monday before she passed. I love you, Joan. Rest in peace..
GOD be with you Joan. May you rest in peace.
Our thoughts and prayers are with family and friends during this most difficult time.♥
I knew Joan since we went to school together most of our lives. At St. Joseph’s School, a couple years and BBCHS. To Joan’s family my husband and I send our sympathy.
I felt very sad to hear that Joan passed away, she was always so sweet and kind and giving, I remember when she came to visit my mom Linda Flanigan, and she always looked fresh and stylish with a nice outfit and heels, smiling,,,,I know she is singing with the angels!
