Jeffery Jacob Warger, Sr., 60, of Weatherby Lake, MO passed away Friday, October 28, 2022, at the St. Luke’s Hospital on the Plaza in Kansas City, MO. He was born May 19, 1962 in Kansas City, MO to Richard and Mary Maydene (Gore) Warger.Jeff graduated from Park Hill High School and spent the majority of his career as a machinist for Western Printing. He cherished time spent with his family, friends and his beloved dogs, Butch and Luca. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, shooting pool, bowling and watching sports. Jeff had a passion for helping veterans, and he always looked forward to taking them hunting.
Survived by his three children: Jeffery Jacob Warger, Jr. and wife, Sarah of Kansas City, MO, Leslie Suzanne Sweatman and husband, Steven of Independence, MO, and Jennie Nicole Warger of Gladstone, MO; four siblings: Steve Warger, Christina McLaughlin, Jaci Oldham and Nick Warger; ten grandchildren: Jennifer, Austin and wife, Shae, Alexys, Amillya, Travis, Brianna, Charlie, Stella, Gabriella, Gracelynn; and 1 great grandchild, Ezra and one on the way. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Jean Warger and his best friend, Trish Patrick-Garner.
Family and friends will gather to visit and celebrate Jeff’s life from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 1, 2022, at the Meyers Northland Chapel in Parkville. Cremation will follow the visitation and a Celebration of Life and final goodbye will be held at Weatherby Lake, date and time will be announced soon.
