Harold E. Simmons, 75, of Parkville, Missouri passed away February 23, 2018.
A Memorial Visitation will be Friday March 9th at 1:00 p.m. at Calvary Chapel, 2614 South 18th Street, Kansas City, Kansas. Inurnment at a later date will be at Leavenworth National Cemetery, Leavenworth Kansas.
Harold was born July 19, 1942 in Hannibal, Missouri to Raymond and Ethel (Eldridge) Simmons. He was a Navy veteran. Harold worked at A.T. & T., retiring after 33 years of service. He was a member of Calvary Chapel. He truly loved spending time with his family and friends.
Harold was preceded in death by his sister, Linda Popoff. Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Cora Simmons, daughters, Sheryl Dinkel, and husband, David, Annette Barker, and husband, Darin, 5 grandsons, and 2 great grandchildren. On-line condolences may be left at Meyersfuneralchapel.com.

Cora, Annette and Sheryl and all other family members, you are all in my thoughts and prayers. May God wrap you in His loving arms and guide you through this difficult time. I am only a call away if you ever just need to talk or a shoulder to cry on. Harold was a wonderful man and will be missed by many. I love you all and will try to get there with mom and dad for the services.
