So very saddened to learn of Gerry’s passing. Such a fun and very nice guy to work with and be around ! Always had a joke or funny story to tell, always smiling and never will forget his tales of Nino G. A life well lived and cut way too short ! Missing you my friend ! Godspeed Nino !
So sad to read this about Gerry! The last two times I saw him and talked briefly was at the Costco gas pumps. One time on his motorcycle and the last time in one of his daughters’ cool Toyota Celica. I was always amazed how he loved to fuse the motorcycles and always kind of worried about him.
I knew him from working death scenes in the Independence area. Always a gentleman and a knowledgeable fellow.
Prayers to all that are sad. 🙏🏻✝️🙏🏻❤️

Thank you Gerald for your service to our country. Because of your service each and everyone of us can live and enjoy our freedom.
God bless you for taking great care of our country and for all the sacrifices you have made for our country for me and for all of us.
LINDA PETERSON
WIFE OF A (DECEASED) UNITED STATES ARMY VETERAN
I know that this past week has been a struggle for your family. Lean on your family and friends.
I will always remember his smile and his love of photography. He is at peace and is no longer in pain. Jerry has been given his wings to fly into heaven where he will always be looking down to comfort and guide his family and friends.
We proudly display my father’s flag that we received at his military funeral service…accept Jerry’s flag on Saturday as a remembrance of his service to his country.
May God grant your family the strength to go forward…Cherish your memories of him forever.
What can I say? My heart is full of sadness but, also of love for my cousin, Jerry. We have so many good memories. He was like a little brother to me. I loved him dearly, as did our family. I will never forget him. When he was old enough, he came alone by train to Okla. and spent several summers on my parent’s farm. We got to enjoy being around him. My prayers go out to all his family.
