My condolences to the entire family. I’m sure she was a very amazing and loving person to have been able to make the huge jump from a tiny school in Putnam County to the Kansas City School District, where she retired and then continued to substitute in the Blue Springs School District. Even though she began her career at a very young age, she obviously worked hard and did whatever was needed to continue moving forward in her career and was able to eventually retire.
She also had many other amazing accomplishments and interests, too numerous to mention here.
I am thankful she lived long enough to meet her great granddaughter, Rylee. And who knows, when Rylee is told stories, she may have more memories than we think is possible. 💕
Have many great memories of your family from the glenwood neighborhood. Our deepest condolences to Michael and Marcia’s families. So sorry to not be able to see you.
