Evelyn E. Anwander, 86, passed away Saturday, August 7th, 2021. She was born August 8th, 1934 in Kansas City, MO, the daughter of Vernie and Iva (Grimes) Neal.
Evelyn was the Owner of Finery Flowers in Blue Springs, MO. She enjoyed her monthly Red Hat Lunches, Line Dancing, and aerobics with all her friends at the Grain Valley Community Center, but most of all enjoyed being involved with her children and grandchildren.
Evelyn was previously married to Marvin Anwander and is survived by her loving family including her children; Susan Roberts, Bruce Anwander and wife Darla, Nancy Anwander, Stacey Danaher and husband Leo, and Paul Anwander and wife Julie, all of Blue Springs, 10 grandchildren, Tera Jones (Dallas), Crissy Roberts, Andrea Casburn, Monica Anwander (Annie), Brett Anwander (Hillary), Andrew Anwander, Cara Long (John), Robbie Danaher (Carissa), Meagan Anwander, and Christopher Anwander, as well as 14 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Paul Davis.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with her funeral service to follow at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 11th, 2021 at First Christian Church of Blue Springs, 701 NW 15th Street, Blue Springs, MO 64015.
