Virginia and family. I still can’t believe it. After being friends since 1978, it just don’t seem real. Elmer and Joe working together at different electoral companies for several years. Being with and have great times with each others families. Many great times. I don’t know of anyone that didn’t like him. He was such a hard worker, so much fun when we all got together which was often. A wonderful person and friend. Elmer, you will be missed .Lea
