Dale McKay Sanchez, 81, a resident of Blue Springs, MO passed away peacefully Saturday, September 17, 2022 at Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence, MO. He was born December 4, 1940 to Floyd and Ellen (McKinney) Sanchez in Pontiac, MI.Dale graduated from St. Michael’s Catholic High School in Pontiac, MI. He was united in marriage to Stella Chamberlain on March 24, 1962 in Clarkston, MI. Dale worked as an auto parts manager before owning his own auto parts inventory company. He enjoyed fishing, boating, playing cards and woodworking. He cherished spending time with his family and friends.
Survived by his wife, Stella Sanchez of Blue Springs, MO; children, Timothy Sanchez of Lancaster, CA; Terry Sanchez and wife Patty Sanchez of Grain Valley, MO, Tamara Sanchez of Kansas City, MO; grandchildren, Amanda Sanchez, Shaun Sanchez, Krystal Sanchez, Ryan Sanchez, Ty Sanchez; great-grandchildren, John, Zhara, Aiden, Carmen, Olivia, Emmaline, Riley, Zipporah, Hadassah, Shiphrah. Dale is preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Ellen Sanchez.
His family will receive friends and family from 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. Thursday, September 22, 2022 at Meyers Funeral Chapel, 1600 W. Main St, Blue Springs, MO.
