The world won’t be the same without Carla. . She left an imprint on everyone she touched and thankfully she chose a profession where she was able to bring so much joy and happiness to people in some of the most important days of their lives. I was lucky to know her and learn from her and feel so fortunate to have known this amazing woman.
So sorry Carla was a beautiful person inside and out we will miss her heaven got another angel
I want to offer my condolences to all of Carla’s family. She was such a special person besides being a terrific labor/delivery nurse at Menorah Medical Center .She will be missed by all who knew her. I loved her from the very first .I do know that she had a tremendous love for her savior Jesus Christ and she planned on being Heaven bound. We talked about it a lot before she even knew she was sick. I know the unit will not be the same without her laugh or her smile.
Carla was such a kind, genuine, caring person who made you feel comfortable the moment you met her. Her love for her family was was inspiring and unconditional. When I think of her I can see her face, how she wouldn’t say a word if she disagreed with something Shelly or the grandkids said she would just roll her eyes and laugh. I’m so sorry her time was cut short on earth but know she is living it up with the angels and her beloved Alex. I adore this family and pray for your peace and healing.
I am so sorry for your loss. I am sure Mrs. Carla was such an amazing human being ! Many prayers to you and your family

So sorry for your loss. Carla was kind and loving. She was the first to understand my pain and loss after losing my husband. I think of her being reunited with Tom and in the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ. May the lord give you peace and comfort.
I only knew Carla for a short time from our ladies small Bible group through JCI but she was always smiling and upbeat and so enjoyed the fellowship with her. We had a connection I just discovered, we went to the same high school. My thoughts and prayers are with the family❤️
I had the pleasure of working closely with Carla in the Menorah Medical Center Labor & Delivery unit for years,
Carla was a skilled RN, and well-thought of by patients, families and Staff.
She will be missed by all of us.
My thoughts are with her family at this time.
Sincerely,
Herbert Hodes, MD
Carla was a truly lovely person. I have known her from her work at Menorah. She will truly be missed! My condolences to you her family!
I first met Carla on a mission trip to Guatemala this past November. I was attracted by her warm and inviting personality, and as I interacted with her in a small group setting, I appreciated her wisdom and perspective on life. She had a heart for the hurting and disadvantaged in our broken world. It was obvious to me that the Holy Spirit was guiding her words, thoughts and actions.
Carla, thank you for being so very kind to me and for making an impact on this earth.
Blessings to your family.
I was so blessed to have Carla as my friend. So sorry for your loss. Prayers for you .
I first met Carla as an OB resident, she taught me so much and will always be grateful. Her care for my patients was always exemplary. She will be greatly missed.
Carla will forever be in my heart!
I’m so saddened to hear of Carla’s passing. I worked with Carla @Menorah. She was one of the kindest, sweetest and best nurses I have known. She taught me much.. I remember her beautiful smile and her bright eyes, and that twinkle she got when she was being mischievous Carla was one of my all-time favorite nurses over my entire career. I will never forget her. Rest in peace, my friend. ❤️
