We are so sorry for your loss. Billy was a great guy. I nicknamed him “ Mr. Mom”. When I took care of Meghan he brought her and picked her up every day. She was always dressed well and neat as a pin. One morning he brought her ponytail holders and asked me to braid her hair. He couldn’t do braids and she wanted them. So of course she got them! I will always remember our card playing weekends and his laugh. Rest in peace old friend.

So sorry for your loss. Billy will be remembered in many ways. I will always remember how clean and raked he kept our beach area at Kings Point and laughs around the campfire.
Our deepest condolences to Gina and family. We are keeping you in our thoughts and prayers.
We were lucky to move next door to Billy and his family around 1996 ish. We lived there for 2 or 3 years and Billy and I became great friends immediately. We played pool almost every night in my basement til way too late at night. He took me to a few Chiefs games and he would wear a long black trench coat and carry a leather bag. He looked intimidating and no one would say anything to him and he would go right in the stadium like that. The funny thing is that if anyone would approach him or say anything they would become friends with him right away just like everyone else who ever encountered Billy.
One of the funniest memories of Billy was Halloween. He would dress like a scarecrow like dummy and sit on his porch motionless with a giant bowl of candy next to him just tempting kids to come up and get some. When they would get the courage to walk up and reach for the bowl he would spring up and yell, “YOU FORGOT TO SAY TRICK OR TREAT!!!!” and scare the crap out of the kids and they would go running… He would do this every year and every year there would be kids trying to get their courage up at the end of his drive way to go up and reach for the bowl – knowing what scare they would encounter. Billy would sit there motionless even as some parents woiuld be yelling up to him that he should stop this and that the kids were scared. Billy would just sit there because he knew the kids looked at this as a yearly challenge. Some made it, most did not… as for me, I was drinking beer in the space between our houses laughing my ass off all night. I love you brother.
It’s been a privilege to have had billy Keith in our lives! I pray there truly is a journey after this life and that We can hang with him with no sickness or pain. We love you all and so sorry for this loss. We are out of town this day and can’t make it to the funeral but will for sure be there from a distance.

He was a regular customer at Hy-Vee. He was always so nice. One of the people you always liked helping. So sorry for your loss.
Billy was my “cool” cousin. I always looked up to him because he always had the right words to say, usually making everyone laugh. His huge spirit will be missed.
From our working days at Clear Impact Acrylics, your generous and kind soul helped me out several times when my life was turned upside down. Thank you for believing in me and being the good guy in my corner. Love, Pam Burnham, Bridget and Isla DiStefano and Shea Carney
