Baltazar Torres was born February 21, 1934 to Sixto and Maria (Vasquez) Torres in Uriangato, Mexico. A long-time parishioner of St. Charles Borromeo Church, he passed away on September 2, 2020 at home with his loving family by his side.

Baltazar was also a provider. Providing a home for his family, food to eat, clothes to wear, and an education for his children.
He was the last surviving member of his seven siblings. Survived by his wife Maria; four sons: Ruben, Martin, Carlos and Edgar; seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church with Fr. Don Farnan presiding. Visitation 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. prior to Mass. Committal service and interment will follow at Resurrection North Cemetery. Arrangements by Meyers Northland Chapel in Parkville. So sorry for your loss. Prayers to for the family during this difficult time. We will miss Uncle Balta .. R.I.P.
I remember well this warm and kind man: he was my neighbor, and my daughter Samantha was welcomed into his home many times, as she was best friends with Baltazar’s and Maria’s granddaughter, Alicia. He was a light. My condolences to his dear ones. He was a perfectly lovely man.
