Wyatt Dean Conroy, 15, a resident of Blue Springs, MO passed away Saturday, October 15, 2022 in Blue Springs, MO. He was born February 17, 2007 to Bradley “Brad” and Amanda “Mandy” (Graul) Conroy in Pensacola, FL.
Wyatt was a sophomore at Blue Springs High School where he was involved in wrestling, A Capella Choir, and Scholar Bowl. Wyatt was a member of Blue Springs Boy Scout Troop 362. He had a plethora of interests including weightlifting, designing, tinkering, hiking, camping, and trivia, especially military history. Wyatt treasured his family, friends, and dogs, Caesar and Cleo.
Wyatt is survived by his parents, Brad and Mandy Conroy of Blue Springs, MO; brother, Ian Conroy of Blue Springs, MO; maternal grandfather, Ralph Graul and wife Ann of Carterville, IL; paternal grandparents, Randy and Jessie Campbell of Freeman Spur, IL; paternal grandfather, Delbert Conroy of Royalton, IL; aunt, Jennifer Pullum and husband Ryan of Carterville, IL, uncles, Brent Campbell and wife Laura of Herrin, IL, Travis Conroy of Royalton, IL; dozens of cousins; several friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Marjorie Graul.
His family will receive family and friends from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at the Blue Springs Elks’s Lodge, 100 N.E. Brizendine Rd, Blue Springs, MO. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Blue Springs Boy Scout Troop 362, Blue Springs Wildcat Wrestling Club, Blue Springs High School Choir, or Blue Springs High School Scholar Bowl team.
There will be a second visitation on Saturday, October 29, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. followed by a brief funeral service at Riggin-Pillatsch & Burke Funeral Home 322 North Division Carterville, IL 62918. Burial will follow at the Herrin Cemetery in Herrin, IL. Arrangements have been

Wyatt, you will always be in our hearts – we love you so much! So thankful for all the wonderful memories and the fun times we all shared. Wyatt and I were friends and I always loved making jokes with him in the classes we had together. He was always smiling when I saw him and he made me smile too. I’m very sorry for your loss and I hope you have many bright days ahead of you.
