Michele Sue Williams, 72, a resident of Blue Springs, MO passed away peacefully Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at Saint Luke’s East Hospital in Lee’s Summit, MO. She was born May 2, 1950 to Philip and Susan (Baum) Waidley in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Cynthia H. Patterson, 62, of Kansas City, MO had a peaceful and holy death on August 30, 2022 at the University of Kansas Health System in Kansas City, KS. Cindy was born to Robert M. and Judith Ann (Ryan) Hull October 12, 1959.

Jeanné Marie Yokley, 74, a resident of Lee’s Summit, MO passed away peacefully Monday, August 29, 2022 at her home. She was born November 21, 1947 to Don Sr. and Helen M. (Smith) Flugrad in St. Joseph, MO.
Jeanné is a 1965 graduate of Lafayette High School. She worked as a claims representative for the Social Security Administration for 37 years before retiring. Jeanné was united in marriage to Dennis Yokley on March 6, 2010. She was an avid reader. Jeanné cherished spending time with her family, friends, and especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Survived by her husband, Dennis Yokely of Lee’s Summit, MO; sons, Robert Wineinger and wife Rachelle of Peculiar, MO Scott Wineinger and wife Nicole Simmons of Lee’s Summit, MO; step-sons, Daniel Yokley and Katie, Jo of Virginia Beach, VA, David Yokley and wife Mandy of Lee’s Summit, MO; brother, Don Flugrad Jr. of Ames, IA; 14 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren. Jeanné is preceded in death by her parents.
Her family will receive family and friends from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 9, 2022 at Meyers Funeral Chapel, 1600 W. Main St, Blue Springs, MO. Memorial service will begin at 2:00 at the chapel. Memories of Jeanné and words of comfort for her family may be shared at meyersfuneralchapel.com.
James “Jim” Alton Roberts, 86, a resident of Lake Tapawingo, MO passed away peacefully Sunday, August 28, 2022 at Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence, MO. He was born July 10, 1936 to C.A. and Ruth (Johnson) Roberts in Benson, NC.
Jim graduated High School in 1955 and then began a 20 year career with the United States Army which he was honorably discharged, as a Chief Warrant Officer. Following his retirement from the United States Army Jim started another 20 year career with the Department of Defense as a maintenance specialist. [Read more…]
Barbara Jean “BJ” Campbell, aged 70y 3m 9d, a Northland resident of Kansas City, MO and a member of North Cross United Methodist Church passed away at home on Friday, August 26, 2022, with her loving family by her side. She was born May 17, 1952 in Kansas City, MO to John William and Bula Mae (McKee) Saunders.
Barb graduated from Northeast High School in Kansas City and she attended UMKC, where she studied accounting. She spent her entire career in accounting, most recently for The Hilton President, an upscale hotel in Kansas City. She had a deep love for both her Lord and her family. In her spare time, she enjoyed counted cross-stitch and sewing. When her boys were younger, she made several of their Halloween costumes. [Read more…]

On October 24, 2022 Loretta was promoted and named manager of our Northland location. Loretta and her husband Cade live in Kansas City, MO. She has two sons, Nigel and Ian. Loretta is enrolled in the Leadership Northland Class with the Northland Regional Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the KCI Rotary Club.
