Anne Cherie Walker was born on July 2, 1943, in her grandmother’s home in Gallatin, Missouri. As a small child her family moved to the Kansas City area, where she spent the rest of her childhood and later earned a Bachelor of Fine Art at University of Missouri—Kansas City. On June 19, 1965, she married her loving husband James William Walker. In 1973, they purchased their home in Blue Springs, Missouri, where they raised their two children, Alicia and Allyn Walker. Calvin Shaylar Cook, 91, of Austin, TX passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2022. Calvin was born August 27, 1930 to George and Ada (Lewis) Cook in San Antonio, TX.
Calvin was a veteran of the United States Army National Guard.

Paul M. Shust, Sr., 78, passed away Friday, April 29, 2022 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Blue Springs, MO. He was born June 4, 1943 in Bronx, NY, the son of Albert T. and Mae (Martinsak) Shust.
Paul had been a resident of Grain Valley, MO for the past 8 years moving from the Bronx, where he had been a Police Officer with the New York Police Department. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. Paul was active as a Little League Baseball coach and umpire in his time in New York. He was a member of St. Stephen’s Catholic Church, Warwick, NY. He was also a member of the V.F.W., Odessa, MO, the American Legion in Oak Grove, MO, and the Elk’s Lodge in Blue Springs, MO. Louise A. Bagley
Louise Annie Bagley, 85, a Northland resident of Kansas City, MO passed away peacefully Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at New Mark Care Center. Louise was born September 12, 1936 to Albert Roy and Cornelia “Cora” (Haugen) Llewellyn in Norquay, Saskatchewan, Canada.
Louise earned her BA in education from Graceland University. She spent the majority of her working career as a teacher.
