Marilynn Joanne Duckett slipped quietly from this life on the evening of August 27, 2021. Born on November 7th, 1941 in Rolla, Missouri, to Joseph Lynn and Mary Leigh (Adams) Forinash; she lived most of her life in Blue Springs, Missouri. Marilynn was married for 55 years to the love of her life, Robert (Bob) Duckett, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Dorothy Forinash Knetsch, and her son-in-law, David Laird. Marilynn is survived by her daughters; Leslie (Stuart) Meador, and Cheryl Laird. She had six grandchildren: Anthony (Copper) Durbin; Delaney, Cassidy, and Hillary Church; Quincy and Carson Laird and three step-grandchildren, Allison (Ben) Mikolajczyk, Emily Meador, and Josiah Meador.
