Jonathan E. Brimmer, 57, of Kansas City, MO passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, November 30, 2017 in Ottawa, KS. Jonathan Edwin Brimmer, affectionately known as JB, was born to the late Ira Brimmer, Jr. and late Wylene Brimmer on September 27, 1960 in Fort Sill, Oklahoma. No, this is not a mistake; JB was the only member of his family not born in Georgia. In May of 1969, he moved to New Jersey with his parents, and only sibling, Winifred (Levester) Edwards. He lived most of his childhood and young adult life in Irvington, New Jersey and claims it as his hometown.
He graduated from Irvington’s Frank H. Morrell High School in 1978. An exceptional student, Jonathan was DECA’s student of the year and earned a full scholarship to Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. John George Hutchison, Jr. 74, Blue Springs, Mo passed away November 28, 2017. Services are private. John was retired from Ford Motor Company as a tool & die maker. He was a member of the Kansas National Guard. John was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy L. (Ebert) Hutchison. Survivors include 2 sons, John G. Hutchison III, Jeffrey W. Hutchison, brother, Donald Hutchison, and 2 step grandchildren, James and Christie.
