Mike Wilkerson
Mike Wilkerson, 51, of Kansas City, Mo passed away June 30, 2017. Funeral services are 10:00 a.m. Friday July 7th at Meyers Northland Funeral Chapel in Parkville. Private burial will be in Camden Point Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Mike Wilkerson memorial fund in care of Becky Oller.
Mike was a graduate of Platte County High School, and was a former volunteer fireman with the Platte City Volunteer Fire Department. He was a car salesman, and enjoyed being a Karaoke DJ known as Big Mike. He was preceded in death by his parents, Grover and Judy (Downing) Wilkerson, and sister, Pam Jones. Survivors include his daughter, Savanna (Sam) West, sister, Becky Oller, brothers, Dale and Gary Wilkerson, and his grandson, Silas Michael West. Helen E. Mueller, 95, of Grain Valley, MO passed away Thursday, June 29, 2017 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born February 3, 1922 in Lee’s Summit, MO to Peter and Ruth (Jones) Cox.
Helen was united in marriage to Robert H. Mueller on September 25, 1953 in Kanas City, MO. The majority of her working career was spent with Farmers Insurance as an occupational control clerk.
