Scott worked as a production manager and Vice president of an advertising agency in the Kansas City area.

Edith Rose Lemen, 92, of Odessa, MO passed away Tuesday, October 28, 2014 in Oak Grove.  Edith was born December 16, 1921 in Kansa City, MO to Donald and Edith (Hinote) Rathburn.  She was united in marriage to Maurice Lemen who preceded her in death.  She worked as a teacher’s aide in the Odessa School District.  Edith was a member of First Baptist Church in Odessa, MO.  [Read more…]

Darrell G. Mitchell, 67, of Blue Springs, MO passed away Monday, October 27, 2014 at his home. Darrell was born February 16, 1947 in Mountain Grove, MO to Carlos and Dorothy (Lucas) Mitchell. He served his country in the US Army. He was united in marriage to Alice “Nadine” Sanders on April 23, 1966 and she survives at the home. He was a printer for Butler Manufacturing for over 40 years, and was a Baptist by faith. Darrell enjoyed sports, fishing, and running.
