Marvin E. “Ed” Fitzwater, Jr. 59, of Blue Springs, MO passed away December 30, 2011 at his home.  Ed was born October 17, 1952 in independence, MO to Helen (Van Artsdalen) and Marvin E. Fitzwater, Sr.  He was a graduate of Van Horn High School.  He was a pipefitter and a member of Local Union 441 of Kansas City, Missouri.  He was a member of the Eagles Club, and a Christian by faith.  He was preceded in death by his parents. Ernest F. Thibault 78, of Belton, MO passed away December 28, 2011 in Littleton, CO.  He was born December 19, 1933 in Methuen, MA.  He was united in marriage to Mary Fleming on May 4, 1957, she preceded him in death.  He served his country in the U. S. Air Force for 20 Years.  He was also preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Robert and Rene Thibault. [Read more…]

Brian J. Hills 48 of Blue Springs, MO passed away December 28, 2011 at Lee’s Summit, MO.  Brian was born in Superior, NE on January 18, 1963 the son of Jene Hallgrimson and Eleanor Alberts Hills.  He was united in marriage to Kelly Lynn Ericson on November 23, 1991.  Brian engineered sprinkler and irrigations systems for landscaping, and was a talented artist.  He was a Christian by faith. Jane Ellen Bond, 58, of Blue Springs, Mo. passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at the North Kansas City Hospital.  A celebration of Jane’s life will be 2:00 pm Sunday, January 8, 2012 at Timothy Lutheran Church, 425 NW RD Mize, Blue Springs, MO with visitation one hour prior to the service.
