Janell A. Yeubanks, 72, a Northland resident of Kansas City, MO passed away August 2, 2017, at the North Kansas City Hospital.
She was born July 24, 1945 in Enid, OK to Otto and Regina (Neuerberg) Falke. Janell was devoted to both her Lord and her family. She had a deep love and fondness for her grandchildren. Janell married Jackie Lee Yeubanks on September 14, 1962 in Independence, KS. In addition to Jackie, survivors include her two daughters, Lorie Ann Kuhn of Kansas City, MO and Diana Lynne Wyatt of Overland Park, KS; four siblings, Lloyd Falke of Amarillo, TX, Wilma Temple of Amarillo, TX, David Falke of Liberal, KS and Kathy Williams of Kansas City, MO; three grandchildren, Jaclyn Kuhn, Michael Kuhn and Scott Wyatt; and one great granddaughter, Kaylee J. Kuhn. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Tom Falke and a granddaughter, Kaylee Ann Kuhn.
The family will receive friends from 4-6: 00 p.m. Sunday, August 6, 2017, at Christ Lutheran Church, 6700 NW 72nd St. Platte Woods, MO 64151. A memorial service celebrating Janell’s life will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 7, at the church with Pastor Tyler Arnold officiating. A committal service will follow in the church memorial garden. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the church.
